Product Description

This machine can be used online with pipe production line or work as a single machine. Controlled by PLC. With single oven or double oven which can be chose according to actual producing speed. It can make R type socket and solvent cement socket. Adopt stainless steel heating elements. Water cooling is use to cool down pipes. All the parts adopt well-known barnds. The working process is: traction pipe from cutter--heat the pipe-make socket--cooling---send pipe out. No need person to operate it. You can adjust parameter data on the touchscreen. Such as heating time, heating temperature, cooling time, pipe rotate time, pipe moving time, etc. The hydraulic parts adopt heavy duty type to ensure strong moving force and long lifetime. The center height of the machine is 1000±50mm, it is adjustable. Machine warranty time is one year after the shipping date.
